Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from Baiba Balta Jewellery. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted luxury jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.
- Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it.
Please note that customized or personalized items, and items on sale, are not eligible for a refund.
- Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at bbaltajewellery@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your name and contact details
- A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return
We will review your refund request and inform you of the next steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us until we have authorized the return.
- Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
